Delivery

We offer fast, tracked UK delivery. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery is free on orders over £20; a flat rate of £2.99 applies below that.

Couriers may request ID on delivery for age-restricted items.

Returns

Due to the nature of vaping and nicotine products, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days. Faulty items are covered under the manufacturer warranty — contact us and we'll put it right.
